XBox Head Phil Spencer took to the stage tonight at The Game awards to unveil the official name and a look at the next Xbox console-The Xbox series X. Few technical features were shown, we got our first glance at the new console which Spencer promised “would lead to the future of console gaming”- Which is set for release in the holidays of 2020- a new piece of information that spencer released tonight. The console looks more like a PC tower, contrasting drastically to the current horizontal design of the classic console. As well as the release of the Xbox series X, spencer also announced a game currently being developed that he said would take “full advantage” of the new consoles capabilities. Hell blade: Senuas Sacrifice by studio Ninja theory. Spencer introduced the trailer by noting that it was “all built in- engine to take full advantage of Xbox Series X”.
